Dr. Julie Willmon is the Residency Program Director and preceptor for Critical Care at AdventHealth Winter Park. She obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy in 2007. Her career progressed over the next several years as a hospital staff pharmacist to pharmacy supervisor for Baptist Health in Birmingham, AL and then to Emory Healthcare in Atlanta, Georgia. Julie moved to Orlando, FL in 2016 and her passion to pursue training in critical care brought her to AdventHealth Orlando, where she did her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency training followed by a PGY2 in Critical Care. She received board certification in critical care pharmacotherapy (BCCCP) in 2019 and is an active member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM), American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), and American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP). Her professional interests include pain/agitation/delirium in the ICU, ARDS, and precepting pharmacy students and residents.

Dr. Brian Morini was born and raised near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2009 from Creighton University School of Pharmacy and Health Professions where he graduated magna cum laude with high honors. He obtained his pharmacy dispensing license in July of 2009. Upon graduation and licensure, he accepted a position as a staff / clinical pharmacist at Florida Hospital Winter Park, now rebranded as AdventHealth Winter Park. In 2011, he became the pharmacy antimicrobial stewardship champion, a clinical position co-directed with an Infectious Diseases physician. He later obtained his BCPS and BCIPD along with his consulting license. In 2018, he became the Clinical Pharmacy Manager at AdventHealth Winter Park. And in 2018, he matriculated Winter Park's first PGY-1 resident serving as the RPD.

Dr. Kevin Pacheco received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2010. After graduating, he worked as a community pharmacist at CVS and clinical pharmacy specialist at Orlando Health Central Hospital practicing in critical care medicine and internal medicine. Dr. Pacheco joined AdventHealth Winter Park in 2014 and practices primarily in the emergency department. He is passionate about mentoring and is a preceptor and co-coordinator for pharmacy students and pharmacy residents. In addition to his clinical practice, he has a dynamic role serving as an agent of change by participating in multidisciplinary pilot services to improve medication use, safety, and patient outcomes. Dr. Pacheco has a professional interest in analgosedation and resuscitation. He is an active member of American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), and Florida Society of Health-System Pharmacists (FSHP).

Mahmuda Akhtar

Dr. Mahmuda Akhter obtained her doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Florida in 2020. After completing her residency at AdventHealth Orlando, she went on to pursue her passion in the field of oncology as an outpatient and inpatient oncology pharmacist at St. Joseph’s Hospital part of the Baycare Health system in Tampa, Florida. Currently, she works as a clinical staff pharmacist at AdventHealth Winter Park in oncology. Her clinical interests include oncology, bone marrow transplant, and solid organ transplant. In her spare time, she loves to read books, travel, and cook for her family and friends.

Dr. Houda Dardari precepts the PGY1 Internal Medicine rotation at AdventHealth Winter Park, and teaches and facilitates topics including glycemic management, infectious diseases, cardiology, metabolic support and transitions in care. She obtained her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency training at the AdventHealth Altamonte campus and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida. Her clinical interests include nutritional support, infectious disease, and emergency/critical care medicine. She is passionate about HIV medicine, public health, and is committed to combating health care disparities. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and taking cycling classes.

Her clinical interests include alcohol withdrawal, analgosedation in critically ill patients, and precepting residents and students. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
