General information:
- Positions available: 1 full-time, 12-month commitment
- Application Deadline: January 3
- Estimated Annual Stipend: $56,638 + meeting attendance support
- Time-off: 10 days paid vacation + 10 Project Days
- Professional Days for ASHP Midyear and applicable specialty meeting (i.e. – ACC Annual Meeting)
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of pharmacy degree
- Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-1 pharmacy residency
- Possession or Eligibility for Florida licensure
- Participant in the National Matching Services and PhORCAS
The following application materials must be submitted by the deadline: curriculum vitae, 3 letters of recommendation utilizing the PhORCAS template (1 from clinical pharmacist, 1 from Residency Program Director), transcripts from all colleges of pharmacy attended.

Learning experiences are of 5-6 weeks duration and consist of seven core (required) learning experiences and two elective experiences.
Required Learning Experiences:
- Clinical Leadership and Research
- Orientation and General Cardiology
- Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Interventional Cardiology
- Heart Failure
- Advanced Heart Failure (Heart Transplant and Ventricular Assist Devices)
- Advanced Cardiothoracic Surgery ICU (Mechanical Circulatory Support)
- Cardiac Intensive Care
Elective Learning Experiences:
- Ambulatory Care Cardiology
- Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU
- Emergency Medicine
- Neurosciences ICU
- Pulmonary Hypertension
- Electrophysiology
- Any required learning experience may be taken again as an advanced learning experience
Longitudinal Learning Experiences:
- Medication Event Review
- Cardiovascular Transitions of Care – every 3rd Friday
- Pharmacy Practice Experience - weekend and evening
- Research
- Medication Use Evaluation
- Continuing Education
