Live music filled the halls of the Spine Health Institute on Thursday, June 5 as members of the community got a sneak peek of the new Education Center. After months of construction and anticipation, the center officially opened to the public at the open house event.
The open house provided attendees with a tour of the Institute, a free golf swing analysis, raffle prizes and an opportunity to meet and speak with our physicians. But of course, the main focus of the event was on spine health and education. So how exactly will the Spine Health Institute Education Center, located on the lower level of our facility, benefit our patients?
Simply put, the center was built to help our patients through every stage of their treatment and care. Whether you want to learn how to keep your spine healthy for years to come or you’re recovering from back pain or injury, the Spine Health Institute is prepared to give you all of the tools you need.
In this new space, we will offer:
- Group Therapy Classes
- Preventative Education
- Expert Instructional Classes
- Golf Swing Analysis
The first of many educational opportunities we’ll be offering through our new center is the Summer Lecture Series, which starts June 19 and continues on Thursdays until July 24. Our physicians and specialists will present topics ranging from spine safety to non-invasive surgical options. We encourage everyone to come and learn about multiple services offered at the Spine Health Institute and what YOU can do to maintain a healthy neck and back.
