Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 box (12 oz.) silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup raw cashew pieces
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except chives in blender. Blend at least 1 minute until silky smooth.
  2. Add chives and blend briefly just to mix. Serve immediately or chill to thicken.
