White bowl of apricot jam with dried fruit garnishes
Salsas, Sauces, Spreads & Seasonings

Simple and Sweet

The small golden apricot is packed with antioxidants and other health-promoting compounds. This fruit-sweetened jam—with only four ingredients and no refined sugar—pairs nicely with Tender Whole Grain Cornbread. Because it is not preserved with refined sugar like most commercially prepared jams and jellies, it is best to store it in small containers in your freezer and bring it out when you want a treat!

  • 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
