Welcome to the AdventHealth Payer Access website. This site provides you with instructions for requesting payer access to the AdventHealth Health Record. It also provides instructions on how to utilize the web-based platform called Millennium Page (MPage) created by AdventHealth to ease the access and review of medical records.

- Initiating Payer Access Request

To request access for your users, the delegated Payer Representative needs to complete the AdventHealth Security Request Form for each of their company utilization review nurses. The required form can be downloaded by clicking on the link below. Submit your completed forms via secure email to Daphne.Portalatin@AdventHealth.com. At this time we are granting security access to licensed clinical personnel for the purpose of utilization review. Note that security access may take up to two weeks.

Each user must complete and sign the Payer Access to Information Systems Acknowledgement. The completed form needs to accompany each of the completed security request forms and must be sent via secure email as instructed above.

- Obtaining Remote Access

Once security access is granted, each user needs to contact the AdventHealth Information Technology Help Desk (AIT Help Desk) to complete the set-up for user remote access or SecureAuth. Information about completing the SecureAuth process can be obtained by clicking on the link below.
Each user is required to review the Quick Reference Guide for Using SecureAuth OTP with VPN. Upon completion of review, each user must contact the AIT Help Desk to complete the set up by dialing the number below.

After remote access is completed, the licensed clinical personnel can proceed to log-in and begin reviewing the AdventHealth Records. To assist users in navigating the AdventHealth MPage, please refer to the required training material by clicking the link below.

- Obtaining AIT Help Desk Support After Initial Access is Granted

For additional AdventHealth Information Technology technical support, contact the AIT Help Desk to generate a help desk ticket. Users will need to have their operator identification or OPID readily available to expedite the process. The AIT Help Desk can be reached by dialing the number below.
