Exploring the Science of Sport
Your program kicks off with a 60-minute assessment that includes toe-to-shoulder range-of-motion testing, strength, power, and endurance assessments, body asymmetry education and a customized exercise plan tailored to your goals. We also have individual sport-task testing, concentrating on the strength and movement range of your sport's dominant muscles and joints.

Meet Our SportsPFX Program Manager
SportsPFX Program Manager Russell Gaither, M.S., CSCS, PES, CES, CSNC, MHFA has worked with athletes from the NFL, MLB, MLS, NCAA, in a variety of sports. For over 10 years, Russell has trained athletes by integrating mental, physical, and nutritional goals with strength, power, agility, speed, and endurance training to elevate their game to the next level.

Meet Our Sports Performance Coach
Zahjyee Whineglass, Sports Performance Coach, B.A, CSCS, SNS, USAW L-1, CF-L1, BRM, has trained athletes at every level including professional, collegiate, high school, and youth athletes. For nearly a decade, he has used his background in strength and conditioning, nutrition, and recovery to optimize athlete performance capabilities.
