If you have COVID-19 symptoms, they will ask questions to determine if you need a physician’s order for coronavirus testing. If you have other symptoms and ailments, they can help you with minor or urgent medical needs, too.

If you have a health care provider, they may be offering virtual care options. If you have a primary care doctor or a board-certified specialist, call to ask about scheduling a virtual appointment. If you already have a follow-up visit scheduled, contact your provider's office for instructions on how to have your telemedicine visit. They'll tell you the best way to connect with your doctor for your scheduled appointment.
