Who We Are and What We Do
The Digital Marketing Team is responsible for the strategy, development, creation, execution, and measurement of all digital marketing channels and campaigns. AdventHealth's digital marketing channels and campaigns include any of the following digital elements: websites, landing pages, paid media, content and social media, and email.
The collaborative units that make up the Digital Marketing Team include the CRM and Analytics team, the Digital Omnichannel teams and the Digital Strategy team.
- The CRM and Analytics Team

The CRM and Analytics Team oversees the strategy, implementation, execution and optimization of Customer Relationship Management applications and Marketing Analytics. Areas of responsibility include web form creation, data integration, segmentation and audience development, marketing automation, email marketing, direct mail list fulfillment, campaign tracking and performance, and return on investment (ROI) analysis. The team supports both AdventHealth marketing initiatives as well as enterprise AdventHealth initiatives for CRM and Analytics.
- The Digital Creative Studio Team

The Copy and Design/Development Teams are responsible for creating and executing the brand look, feel, voice and tone across all digital platforms. They own and uphold the AdventHealth brand guidelines and social media brand guide. They also add new designs and functionality to our expanding web toolkit, and create and maintain web design brand standards.
The team leads the copy, design, development and deployment of patient-facing volume-driving landing pages, microsites, display ads, scripts, social graphics, blogs, downloadable guides and emails for AdventHealth.

The Digital Service Line Strategy Team is responsible for leading the organization as innovators in the rapidly evolving digital and health care landscape through directing the planning, implementation, analysis and optimization of digital marketing efforts across service lines enterprise-wide. The team applies executive-level thought leadership by strategically leveraging operations (staff, tools, technology, etc.) to drive new business while optimizing technology platforms to offer advanced consumer-centric patient experiences, better manage multi-touch marketing efforts, and demonstrate clear Return on Investment (ROI) for B2B efforts.
- The Reputation Management Team

The Reputation Management Team is responsible for maintaining the positive perception of the AdventHealth brand in the digital space. Using extensive monitoring, responding, social media listening, the team produces consumer feedback data which is then translated into actionable takeaways for the markets. The team also produces emergency content, reputation campaigns, and review generation campaigns, and partners with key teams in each market to provide crisis management when needed. To launch a reputation or review generation campaign, Doctor.com participants must meet certain thresholds determined by the Reputation Governance Council.
- The Social Media and Content Strategy Team

The Social Media Team is responsible for setting and implementing the overarching social media strategy of AdventHealth. The team leads the development of social goals, audiences, budgets and activations of strategies that align with business goals and integrate with digital and traditional marketing. The team oversees and manages all paid social media, educates the markets and corporate teams on social media best practices, social media style guide, and social media strategy. Through collaboration with the Content Team, the team develops strategic storytelling that produces thumb-stopping posts that engage target audiences and meet volume and awareness goals.
The Content Team is responsible for leading the digital storytelling for the organization’s strategies and consumer imperatives. This team drives the development, management and evaluation of integrated, multi-channel content that educates and engages our consumers. The content developed by the team is integral to communicating consumer-centric service line messaging and brand awareness in all enterprise initiatives through websites, landing pages, microsites, downloadable guides, emails, newsletters, blogs and other digital assets.
- The Web Marketing Team

The Web Strategy Team is responsible for the patient-facing web properties of AdventHealth. The team leads the planning, implementation and delivery of website content development by the Content Team as well as all feature and design upgrades to current and future web properties. The Web Strategy Team also acts as the primary product management point of contact with any third-party development resources, defining project expectations, deliverables and functionality.
