Platinum Ticket Types

The Project Management Team is responsible for the vetting, scheduling and follow-through on all project requests coming into the Digital Marketing Department. All digital marketing requests must be submitted into Workamajig, also known as Platinum, the Project Management tool. All projects go through this management system to track workload and progress, and to create a reference library of jobs.

Analytics Requests

  • Digital Marketing Analytics

    This is a catch-all request for reporting and analytics on digital marketing efforts that do not fall into a full campaign report or Google analytics bucket. It may include lead/form submission lists from Salesforce or call volume reports outside the scope of a full campaign analysis.

  • Digital Marketing Campaign Analytics

    Reporting and associated analysis regarding digital marketing campaign performance. Can include web traffic, lead outcomes, call volumes, net revenue reporting and other KPIs or CTAs that have tracking behind them. Tracking must be in place for reports to be requested.

  • Digital Marketing Google Analytics Data

    Reporting and associated analysis for specific web pages, either from the main websites, campaign pages or ad hoc sites. This can include traffic volume, where traffic is coming from, average time on page/session, etc. Tracking must be in place and access must be granted to the team for reports to be requested.

  • Digital Marketing Mailing List

    Requests for pulling a list of patients, non-patients or a combination. This request can also be for scrubbing a list that already exists against the "do not mail" list. No PHI is allowed on mailing list requests.

  • Digital Marketing UTM

    Urchin Tracking Modules: This request is for a tracking code for digital efforts that allow back-end reporting to be performed, letting us see which specific efforts website and/or lead traffic came from. Vanity URLs also require additional UTM redirects for tracking. All clickable digital assets must be tagged for reporting purposes.


Call Center Requests

  • Digital Marketing Phone Number

    A phone number for a marketing tactic. The Contact Center supplies phone numbers for a Call to Action (CTA) that goes back to the call center. We differentiate numbers by campaign and tactic.

    This is an article that lives on the AdventHealth blog and can be posted on social media or used in a newsletter.

  • Digital Marketing Blog and Social Image

    Combined Blog and Social Image job.

  • Digital Marketing Copywriting Only

    Copywriting-only requests include new copy creation and smaller-scale copy updates to digital assets such as web banners or displays.

  • Digital Marketing Moment Marketing

    A job that includes both a blog and boosted social post aligning an AdventHealth expert with a trending news story. The content will live in the blog section of the website, and the social post will be boosted from the page of your choice for five days following the publication to maximize exposure.

  • Digital Marketing Newsletter

    *Strategy Brief must be provided.

    Newsletters are developed to support digital marketing campaigns and nurture the consumer journey. Newsletters involve the development of multiple articles/blogs and are generally deployed monthly.

  • Digital Marketing Onboarding Awareness Social Ad

    Social media post to inform consumers of a new provider.

  • Digital Marketing Paid Social Metrics

    Metrics for paid social initiatives on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Metrics are analyzed to assess the effectiveness, reach and success of a specific social media post.

  • Digital Marketing Provider Biography Copywriting

    Copywriting only request for a provider biography.

  • Digital Marketing Social Ad

    An advertisement on a social media platform that targets social users based on user activity, demographic information, device use information, advertising and marketing partner-supplied information, and off-social activity.

  • Digital Marketing Social Boosted Post

    A Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn post that needs to be boosted with a budget, cost center, target audience and campaign length in mind to provide additional traffic and attention to the post.

  • Digital Marketing Social Image

    An image to be posted on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn. No text limit on image unless you intend to boost post. No logo is allowed within a Facebook image.

  • Digital Marketing YouTube Video Upload

    A video file that already exists and needs to be uploaded to the AdventHealth YouTube channel.


CRM Requests

  • Digital Marketing Data Import into Salesforce

    This request is for importing consumer data from touchpoints not integrated with Salesforce. It may include event attendees or other aggregated lists of Marketing’s consumers. Complete in preparation for a Standalone Email send, reporting and tracking or ROI analysis. Campaign related details must be provided with your consumer’s first name, last name and email address or phone for upload into Salesforce.

  • Digital Marketing Email Journey

    *Strategy Brief must be provided.

    This request is for an email series across a variety of educational topics for a service line or initiative connected to a Digital Marketing campaign.

  • Digital Marketing Standalone Email

    This request is for independent email sends to subscribers that fall outside NOC Newsletter and Campaign Journeys. It may include email deployments for an upcoming event, a local initiative, a timely topic (i.e. moment marketing), monthly service line awareness content and more. You must provide proof of subscriber opt-in and have your subscribers uploaded through the Digital Marketing Data Import into Salesforce prior to completing this job request.


Digital Studio Requests

    Display ads are small banner images displayed on websites; used for large audience-based media buys or retargeting.

  • Digital Marketing Downloadable Guide

    A digital brochure with robust information regarding the subspecialty of a service line. This brochure lives on the landing page and will allow consumers to enter into an email journey after downloading their guide.

  • Digital Marketing Landing Page

    *Strategy Brief must be provided.

    A build of a single landing page. These can include new or updated URLs, heroes, images, content, video, graphics, downloadable PDFs, design, layout, and style.

  • Digital Marketing Landing Page Content Update

    *Upload content/imagery to be updated.

    Update to an existing single landing page. These updates can include new or updated URLs, heroes, images, content, video, graphics, downloadable PDFs, design, layout, and style.

Platinum (Workamajig) Resources

To obtain Workamajig access, please fill out the New Platinum User Request Form. To ensure projects are turned around as quickly and accurately as possible, please reference the marketing collateral definitions. It’s imperative that you only submit work requests with full briefs that are considered final with accurate deadlines. The requester will be expected to check Platinum regularly for communications and to stay on top of the projects he/she are assisting on/submitting.
