As we move toward increased functionality for our search pages and aggregation-type widgets (article cloud, content aggregation, etc.) to pull in tagged content, it's imperative that content be appropriately and thoroughly tagged for it to work optimally. Accessible CTAs should be action-oriented and descriptive so users can click on a CTA with confidence in where it will take them.

A revision log message is required each time a page is saved in the CMS and is essential for keeping track of page updates. Revision log messages should be reasonably detailed and include a platinum job number if applicable. Standardized or canned, non-specific revision log messages should not be used.

    Answer:

    CMS stands for Content Management System. Drupal is a CMS.

  • Question: What does CTA stand for?

    Answer:

    CTA stands for Call to Action. They typically appear as buttons on the front end of the website.

  • Question: What does URL stand for?

    Answer:

    URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator or a hyperlink/link. This is the website address used to navigate to a website on the internet.

  • Question: What is Title Case capitalization?

    Answer:

    Major words are capitalized and most minor words are lowercase in title case. Ex: Helping You Become a Better You

  • Question: What does Backend mean in reference to the CMS?

    Answer:

    When referring to the Backend of the CMS, we are referencing the pages inaccessible to non-logged in CMS users. These are the CMS pages only accessible to AdventHealth employees used for adding and editing a webpage in the CMS.

  • Question: What does Frontend mean in reference to the CMS?

    Answer:

    When referring to the Frontend of the CMS, we are referencing the pages accessible to AdventHealth patients and consumers. These are the CMS pages accessible to everyone, regardless of being logged in or not, and are intended to be viewed by the public. A frontend page is one that is consumer facing.

  • Question: What does CRM stand for?

    Answer:

    CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. The company uses Salesforce as our official CRM.

  • Question: What does API stand for?

    Answer:

    API stands for Application Programming Interface. An API pushes data from one application or tool into another. For example, there is an API that moves Salesforce location information into AdventHealth.com.

  • Question: What is a WYSIWYG field?

    Answer:

    WYSIWYG is an acronym for What You See Is What You Get. A WYSIWYG field is a text field that when editing in the backend, looks almost identical to how it will be displayed as published copy on the website's frontend.

  • Question: What is a modal?

    Answer:

    A modal window creates a mode on a web page that disables the main window but keeps it visible, with the modal window as a child window in front of it.

  • Question: What does Global Content mean in reference to the CMS?

    Answer:

    When referring to Global Content, we are referencing the pages and content not located in a Facility or Microsite in the CMS. Examples of this are the corporate homepage and service line pages. This content lives under the Content tab when logged into the backend of the CMS and is only editable by Administrators and Global Admin user roles.

  • Question: Why don't I see the changes I made to a page after publishing?

    Answer:

    Sometimes your browser may be showing a cached or a previously saved version of the page in your browser. You may need to clear your browser cache or view your changes in a private or incognito window in your browser.

  • Question: How can I make changes to a provider profile page?

    Answer:

    Provider profile pages are maintained by the Atlas team. All data for provider profile pages is fed into AdventHealth by an API. All changes to provider profiles should be submitted to https://adventhealth.formstack.com/forms/atlas_physician_updates

  • Question: How do I add/update a location?

    Answer:

    To update your location information on the website, you will need to update the location through the official Brand Crosswalk Modification Request Form first.

  • Question: How do I update a form?

    Answer:

    Forms are maintained in Formstack, which is a third-party tool. In order to update any form information on the website, you will need to submit a request through the Formstack Intake Form. Once the form is updated, the information will be updated on the website.

    Access to SecureAuth is essential to logging into the VPN in order to access the CMS. This document will walk you through SecureAuth setup and troubleshooting. SecureAuth is handled by AIT so questions regarding this document, or SecureAuth in general, will need to be submitted to them.
