Thank you for caring — and for taking the time to your loved one in our hospital. We’ve seen firsthand how a visit from a friend or family member lifts a patient’s spirit and eases their mind. Whether you’re just popping in for a quick chat or staying for a few hours, your presence makes a difference.
For that reason, we want visitors to AdventHealth Zephyrhills, formerly Florida Hospital Zephyrhills, to feel welcome. And we’ve thought of everything — from food to gifts to parking. Stroll through our onsite walking trail or relax in our healing garden. We know this can be a difficult time for you emotionally, so we provide a full spiritual staff and a non-denominational chapel. Feel free to use any of our hospital amenities and visitor resources while you’re here. Our home is your home.

Need a gift for your loved one? Hungry for something to eat? We offer a number of hospital amenities to make your visit more convenient and low-stress.
Creation Café
Our onsite Creation Café has something for everyone: fresh fruit, vegetarian dishes, a salad bar, and a variety of grab and go items. Build your own sandwich, enjoy a selection of our delicious desserts and grab a cold beverage.
Enjoy our nutritious menu, complete with a daily special and hearty, hot soup! Don’t forget to grab a fresh daily, homemade grab and go item or a large fresh baked cookie to save for the trip home!
Our Café has you covered throughout your visit with us.

To keep you connected and in touch with the rest of the world during your visit, we offer free WiFi throughout the hospital.
Hospital Gift Shops
Choose from fresh flowers, jewelry, stuffed animals, and a range of other gifts at one of our two hospital gift shops, located on the first floor near the hospital’s main lobby and in our Simpson Breast Health Center.

Non-Denominational Chapel
As a faith-based health care provider, we recognize that a peaceful chapel helps many visitors recharge spiritually and emotionally. Our onsite chapel, located near the main entrance, is open 24/7 to guests and visitors of all denominations. Just a short walk from the chapel, our healing gardens provide the perfect setting to relax and rejuvenate in the beauty of nature.
You shouldn’t have to do this alone. If you need guidance, spiritual support, or just a listening ear as you care for your loved one, contact our pastoral team. To meet with a chaplain, simply ask a staff member or call our Chaplain’s office at Call813-715-6618.
Visiting Hours
You play a central role in your loved one’s journey to health. We encourage visitors, with daily hospital visiting hours from 8 am to 4 pm.

Free Hospital Parking
Located at the front of the hospital, our free onsite parking is open to all visitors and patients.
For the Emergency Room, Outpatient Center, or Simpson Breast-Health Center, parking is located by the north and south ends of the hospital, close to the entrance to each facility. You can follow signs throughout the campus to find designated parking areas.
Free Valet Parking
We also offer free valet parking for patients and visitors Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. Tips are not accepted. It's our pleasure to serve you.

Before visiting our campus, we invite patients and visitors to explore the hospital map, making it easier to navigate our four-story building. AdventHealth Zephyrhills offers free parking and a separate entrance for patients seeking emergency care. You will find these important areas noted on the Ground Floor map below.
While maps are helpful, you do not need to review these documents to find your way. Our hospital is easy to navigate, and our helpful customer service representatives are available to direct you to your destination.

A hospital stay can be an unexpected, anxious and a lonely time, not only for loved ones, but family and friends as well. AdventHealth Zephyrhills knows that your spiritual care is also an important part of the healing process. That’s why members of the Department of Pastoral Care are available to you and your loved ones during your time in the hospital, providing you with spiritual care and support.

Patients, their family members or friends can request a visit from a chaplain, and we are also available to assist clergy or other pastors coming to visit their congregants.
