Program for Assistance Care for the Elderly: PACE
AdventHealth, in partnership with the Council on Aging for Henderson County, is excited to offer a series of community education events focused on the needs and care of our aging population.
You are invited to join us for this FREE information session at the AdventHealth Age-Friendly Center, located at AdventHealth Medical Group Multispecialty at Laurel Park.
Join us to learn about the Program for Assistance Care for the Elderly, PACE, presented by outreach specialist, Jamie Stanley. Jamie will share how the PACE program helps seniors live at home and avoid a nursing home while still receiving the medical care and services they need.
