With a variety of free or low-cost health resources, you’ll have a Choice in how you take ownership of your health. You’ll form strong Interpersonal Relationships with your neighbors and with our caring providers. And at the end of the day, you can Trust that we’ll provide quality, compassionate care for everyone in and around our community in Tavares, Florida, regardless of their background, race, religion, or culture.
