At AdventHealth ER and Urgent Care Southmoor, formerly Centura Emergency and Urgent Care Southmoor, we combine emergency services and urgent care in one location, so you never have to guess where to go for unplanned health care needs.
We offer 24-hour care for medical emergencies, including heart attack and stroke symptoms, uncontrolled bleeding, head and neck injuries, persistent diarrhea and other sudden illnesses or injuries.
Our teams also treat urgent health concerns like minor injuries, strains and sprains, bladder or urinary tract infections, earaches, flu symptoms, asthma, rashes and other non-emergent conditions.

Unlike a traditional urgent care facility that closes nightly and only treats a limited list of health concerns, AdventHealth ER and Urgent Care Southmoor is always open, with 24-hour emergency room care and urgent care available from 7 am to 9 pm every day of the week. This is an emergency medical facility that includes an urgent care center. Emergency medical conditions are treated 24/7 and are billed at emergency room rates. Urgent medical conditions are treated from 7 am to 9 pm daily in our urgent care center. We will screen and treat you regardless of your ability to pay.
