Pay Your Bill Online

As a faith-based medical organization, we’re committed to making sure everyone has access to quality care. Every day, we work with families with different backgrounds and medical challenges, and we can always find a solution that works for you. Whether you need financial assistance and a price estimate, or you just have questions about your bill, we’re here to help.

Facility Fees

Under Colorado law, health care facilities must inform patients that a Facility Fee may be charged in addition to the cost of health care services. AdventHealth has adopted the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) definition for Facility Fees. If you receive care at a hospital location which charges a Facility Fee, you will receive a notice. Your financial responsibility for the Facility Fee is dependent on your specific health insurance plan. Please contact your insurance plan to determine if they cover Facility Fees.

If you have questions regarding AdventHealth services and Facility Fees, please contact the AdventHealth customer service team at Call855-241-2455 and a representative will be happy to help you.

Additional Bill Types

As your partner in whole health, feel confident that we’re here to guide you throughout your care, including finances and the bill pay process. During your hospital stay, you may have been seen or cared for by providers other than your treating physician.

These services are billed separately and may include:

  • Emergency Room physicians will bill you for care you received in our Emergency Department
  • Radiologists will bill you for reading X-rays that were taken while at the hospital
  • Your treating physician may ask consulting physicians to review your treatment plan for any special needs, and you will also receive a bill from these physicians if applicable
  • Pathologists will bill you for any lab or pathology tests they read while you were at the hospital
  • Anesthesiologists will bill you for services received during any surgical procedures you may have undergone while at the hospital

Should you have any questions about your bill or if you don’t see your bill type above, please contact us by filling out the financial contact form and an AdventHealth representative will be happy to help you.

Helping Patients Make Informed Decisions

We're committed to price transparency and believe you should know the cost of items and services well before you receive a medical bill. A hospital’s charges are the same for all patients, but each patient’s responsibility may vary, depending on payment plans negotiated with individual health insurance companies and your out-of-pocket responsibility (i.e., deductible, co-insurance, copays, etc.).
