Child Life and Patient Assistance

Our Child Life team helps ease children's fears by providing opportunities to play, laugh, and smile; your donations play an important role in helping us reach this goal. Our patient assistance fund helps pay for day-to-day expenses so families of sick children can focus on what’s most important: helping their child feel better.

Pediatric Oncology

Every day, AdventHealth for Children is on the front lines in the fight against pediatric cancer. To that end, we're proud to serve the children of Central Florida as a full member of the Children's Oncology Group, offering access to a nation-wide network of top pediatric oncology experts and clinical trials.

Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU)

For the 4th time, AdventHealth for Children is recognized by U.S. News & World Report as the best children’s hospital for newborn care in Florida. Our Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) combine state-of-the art technology, soothing baby-friendly environments and a comprehensive range of specialty services to provide the highest level of care to our tiniest patients.

AdventHealth for Children West Lakes Early Learning Center

At West Lakes Early Learning Center, it’s our goal to empower children to thrive physically, mentally and spiritually. We will provide high-quality early childhood education and comprehensive health, wellness and social services for children six weeks to 5 years of age, and their families.

Our transformational education program will leverage AdventHealth’s CREATION Life principles and Primrose Schools’® Balanced Learning® approach, so that all of our students can learn and grow in body, mind and spirit.
