Your Generosity Heals
AdventHealth Hospice Care East Florida is a not-for-profit, faith-based hospice is dedicated to providing compassionate, end-of-life care to individuals of all faiths throughout Volusia and Flagler counties. Our services include Hospice In-Home Care, the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House in Palm Coast, Hospice Care inpatient facilities at AdventHealth Daytona Beach or AdventHealth Fish Memorial, and pet care programs for our hospice patients.
Funds in Strategic Priorities (a.k.a. the General Fund) are used where needed for the AdventHealth Hospice Care East Florida's strategic priorities, as determined by the Foundation Board of Directors.
