- AdventHealth Foundation Central Florida
Alan was the recipient of the H. Clifford Lee Lifetime Achievement Award for his vision and leadership in our community’s charitable organizations. The Alan Ginsburg Family Foundation supports many higher education initiatives such as the University of Central Florida (UCF) and Valencia College’s Creative Village. He supports faith-based initiatives such as Jewish studies at Rollins College and UCF.
His largest community investment has been to AdventHealth Foundation Central Florida to help create the Ginsburg Tower which houses the Emergency Department and the AdventHealth Cardiovascular Institute – one of the largest, most comprehensive cardiac facilities in the country. His support of the arts extends to United Arts of Central Florida, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Orlando Museum of Art, Mennello Museum and many other notable organizations.
Alan’s gifts are often more than monetary; he lends his experience, vision and wisdom as well. For instance, he has spoken at AdventHealth staff retreats, opened doors to opportunities in the community and continually challenged us to grow. “We appreciate the Ginsburg family for their generosity and continued commitment to advancing health care in Central Florida,” said Dr. Duane Davis, chief medical officer of AdventHealth’s Institutes.
