- AdventHealth Foundation Central Florida
For over a year, Jessica has served on the AdventHealth for Children board and has shown great commitment to supporting kids and families in need. AdventHealth Foundation Central Florida is proud to recognize Jessica Kendrick as the September Volunteer of the Month.
Jessica is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Kendrick Law Group, a boutique law firm in Maitland, Florida. She is also the cofounder of Champion Title & Closing and the Hope for More Foundation.
Jess received her undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida, where she played for the UCF Division 1 women’s soccer program. To expand her professional career and broaden her opportunities to make an impact in her community, she earned her Juris Doctor Degree with honors from Barry University School of Law in 2013.
Her legal career has helped her blend her passion for helping others with her talents for business. Prior to founding the Kendrick Law Group, she honed her skills in the areas of Insurance Defense, Family Law, Personal Injury and Business Litigation. Jess has managed and litigated hundreds of cases, working with thousands of clients.
The Kendrick Law Group is a boutique law firm that focuses on Business Law, Real Estate Law, Civil Litigation, Estate and Family Law. Jess founded the firm with the goal of delivering personalized legal service and top-notch representation to clients. Kendrick Law Group’s mission is to service its community. That same spirit of service helped Jess to launch Champion Title & Closing in 2017 with Partner, Sarah Geltz, Esq.
Champion Title & Closing duplicates the same concierge service so intrinsic to the success of the Kendrick Law Group. The company’s focus is to provide attorney-managed title services and in just over a year, it has launched its second office on Park Avenue in Winter Park, Florida.
When not in the office, Jess has two main focuses: her family and her beloved Central Florida community. She continues to serve on a number of civic and philanthropic boards.
“Supporting AdventHealth for Children is truly a passion project for me. I’m called to give back and encourage others to get involved in doing the same. Watching my peers and community provide support to children and families in need is inspiring beyond measure. I’m so thankful to play a role in such an impactful cause.”
Jess serves as Board Member for Make-A-Wish Northern and Central Florida and, since 2016, as Chair for their annual Hamlin & Associates Wishmaker’s Ball. Her dedication to giving back to her community led her to co-launch her own 501(c)(3) organization, Hope for More Foundation, with her partners. Hope for More focuses on identifying and supporting outstanding nonprofit organizations in Central Florida to further their efforts in outreach, advocacy and fundraising.
Jess, with the support of her husband Dr. James Kendrick, continues to foster the same charitable ambition and spirit of community in their two young sons and her step-daughter.
