Ronel Capellan is a former dental student who worked with the team of Mission Emanuel to provide care to the children of the Cielo Community. When he wasn’t in class, he was diligently coordinating the clinic’s inventory, scheduling patients, and shadowing dentists and surgeons. Most recently, Sharing Smiles provided a scholarship to Ronel to study oral surgery so he could advance his skills and services offered at the clinic. Dr. Ronel continues creating healthy smiles in Dominican Republic.
