Hospice Care of East Florida Areas to Support

AdventHealth Hospice Care East Florida is a not-for-profit, faith-based hospice care provider. We provide compassionate, end-of-life care to individuals of all faiths throughout Volusia and Flagler counties. Our services include in-home hospice care, the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House in Palm Coast, inpatient facilities at our AdventHealth Daytona Beach and AdventHealth Fish Memorial hospitals, and pet care programs for our hospice patients.
