DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., October 23, 2019 – AdventHealth Daytona Beach recognized Dr. Antonio Portilla-Cintron as the physician of the quarter.
Portilla-Cintron is an internal medicine physician and hospitalist at AdventHealth Daytona Beach. As a hospitalist, Portilla-Cintron focuses on caring for patients while they are hospitalized.
He was nominated for this recognition by staff.
“Dr. Portilla spends so much time with his patients and they all love him. I get so many compliments about him from patients and staff alike,” a team member wrote in the nomination form. “I have rounded on patients with Dr. Portilla and he has incredible bedside manner! He makes sure his patients feel cared for and supported. He is such an empathetic doctor and we are blessed to have him here at AdventHealth.”
