Non-Denominational Chapel
We understand that this can be a stressful time for you. Because we care about your spiritual as well as your physical needs, we offer a non-denominational chapel, open 24/7 to patients and visitors of all faiths. Located off the main lobby at the Plymouth Avenue entrance to our hospital, the chapel is a serene, garden-like space with an indoor fountain. Our chaplains hold regular prayer sessions in the chapel Monday through Friday, beginning at 10:00 am. We invite everyone who wishes to do so to attend, and you may even hear a reminder announcement made on the intercom.
For those times when you need a little more, we offer a supportive pastoral-care team who are always ready to minister to your spiritual needs. Our team members represent various faiths, and they can also put you in touch with a clergy member from your own religious community. To reach out, call Call386-943-4878 or Call386-943-7169.
In addition, you may notice many of our staff wearing the “praying hands” pin on their badges and uniforms. This means the staff member is willing to pray with or for you. Simply ask.
If you would like the hospital chaplain to pray for a certain patient or hospital employee, submit a prayer request through our online form.
Registration Kiosks
For a more stress-free hospital experience, we provide convenient self-service kiosks so you can check in right away without waiting in line. If you have trouble registering, a registrar is available to help. You can also register with one of our admission representatives if you prefer not to use the kiosk.

We understand that a hospital visit can be stressful — especially when you’re worrying about whether or not you can pay your bill. Through our financial assistance program, you won’t have to worry about that. Our Charity Care and Financial Assistance Program is available to patients receiving non-elective (emergent) hospital services who are not covered by any insurance or government program. A hospital stay can bring many visits and services from multiple medical providers. We know it’s hard to plan ahead for an emergency hospital visit, but if you have a scheduled health care service that requires a hospital stay, we recommend contacting your anticipated health care practitioners within the hospital to confirm they participate with your insurance provider. Services may be provided in the hospital by AdventHealth as well as by other health care practitioners who may bill you separately. By contacting your anticipated health care practitioners ahead of time, you can get information about billing practices and an estimate for your upcoming services to help avoid any unexpected challenges and fees.
