In response to the coronavirus pandemic, some of our location policies may have changed. Please view the information below for updates on hours, cancellations and more.
- Visitor Hours and Restrictions

Due to the increase in COVID-19 activity, we are now restricting ALL visitors for the safety of our patients, care teams and community. At this time we will not allow ANY visitors in our hospital.
Exceptions will be made for:
- OB patients in The Baby Place may have one, designated adult support person
- This will be the same person for the duration of the patient’s stay and may not be changed from day-to-day
- Pediatric patients may have one adult with them at our Pediatrics office or ER
- Extenuating circumstances such as imminent end-of-life
In all circumstances, visitors who are sick will not be permitted to enter the hospital,
unless they are seeking personal medical care. - OB patients in The Baby Place may have one, designated adult support person
- Volunteer Restrictions

- No volunteers on campus or at any facility at this time.
- Facility Tours, Lectures and Events

- All facility tours, lectures and other on-campus events have been cancelled for the month of April. An announcement will be made soon regarding May.

- Emergency Department - 24-Hours
- Hospital Main Entrance - 5 am to 7:30 pm
- Ground Floor Entrance at Café - Monday - Friday | 5 am to 7:30 pm
- Medical Office Building - 6 am to 5 pm
- Medical Group Practices - Main Entrance During Regular Business Hours
Each of these entrances requires that patients and visitors be screened. We will ask patients if they have a cough or a fever; if the patient answers “yes” to either question, the patient will be masked.

- Drive-thru Testing Tent at MOB
- Testing for patients of AdventHealth Medical Group providers who have their provider's orders for COVID-19, Flu or Strep testing.
- ED Screening Triage Tents
- Door Screeners are now in the first tent that people approach driving up to the ED. If patients are having respiratory symptoms, they will then be sent to the second tent for ER COVID-19 Triage. Patients who do not show respiratory symptoms will be sent in for regular ER Triage process.

- Patients with Routine Lab Work
- For the safety of our team members, patients and community, all laboratory services have been temporarily relocated to 895 Howard Gap Road in Fletcher, just minutes away from this location. We look forward to seeing you at our temporary collection site.
- Patients with Routine Imaging Services
- All AdventHealth Diagnostic Imaging locations are open. Many of our services are available off the hospital campus. Please call us at Call828-681-2180 to discuss whether your study can be performed at one of our off-campus locations. For questions about postponing a study, contact your care provider for more information and to reschedule.
- Patients with Routine Physical Therapy Services.
- PT Solutions Physical Therapy outpatient services have temporarily relocated off the hospital campus to Laurel Park. Their temporary address is 1881 Pisgah Drive Hendersonville, NC 28791. New and established patients can contact them at Call828-681-2162 for specific instructions about appointments.
- AdventHealth Medical Group Patients Wishing to Schedule with Medical Group Provider
- Testing for patients of AdventHealth Medical Group providers who have their provider's orders for COVID-19, Flu or Strep testing
- Patients with Regularly Scheduled Appointments with a Medical Group Provider
- Regularly scheduled appointments can be attended in-office or through telemedicine. Call your provider's office to discuss which is best for your specific appointment.
