Recipe for Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots
Instructions Preheat oven to 425° and lightly spray the baking sheet with cooking oil. Melt butter in the cooking pan, adding the garlic and browning it for about 3 minutes. Take off the heat and stir in the honey. Toss the carrots in the mix, and coat evenly. Arrange carrots in a single layer, shake salt and pepper, and then bake for about 15 minutes or until tender. Let cool and sprinkle chopped parsley before serving. Ingredients 2 lbs Carrots 4 Garlic Cloves 1 Parsley, Fresh 2 tbsp Honey 1/4 tsp Pepper, Fresh Ground 1/4 tsp Salt 5 tbsp Butter
