Caregiver Support and Care Navigation: An Age-friendly Event
AdventHealth, in partnership with the Council on Aging for Henderson County, is excited to offer a series of community education events focused on the needs and care of our aging population. You are invited to join us for this FREE information session at the AdventHealth Age-Friendly Center, located at AdventHealth Medical Group Multispecialty at Laurel Park.
Join us to learn about caregiver support and care navigation presented by Gage Comeaux. Gage Gage and his team discuss the various programs that are offered by Four Seasons Compassion for Life and illustrate how the caregiver role may be supported and enhanced by provider level care involvement and care navigation.

Gage Comeaux is the Care Advocate with Four Seasons Compassion for Life and holds his bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from Western Carolina University. In his role as Care Advocate, he concentrates on growth awareness and is actively involved within a multi-county reach.
