You are invited to join us for this FREE lunch and learn event to learn about Patient Priorities Care presented by AdventHealth Internal Medicine physician, Kelley Singer, MD.
Dr. Singer will share how Patient Priorities Care aligns clinicians with what matters most to their patients. It recognizes that patients are the experts in what they want to achieve from their health care, while clinicians are the experts in how to get them there. Dr. Singer will guide attendees to create their own personalized Diabetic Care plan based on what matters to them.
A healthy lunch will be provided to all attendees.
