Jul 25, 2023; HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. – AdventHealth is excited to welcome Christian Johnson, PA-C to its team at AdventHealth Medical Group Family Medicine at Brevard. Johnson is caring for patients alongside Sven T. Jonsson, MD. The addition of Johnson expands the access to primary care for people living in and near Transylvania County who are looking for compassionate, patient-centered, whole-person care.

Johnson earned his bachelor’s degree in molecular biology from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC and went on to earn his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, TN. He offers a full spectrum of care with experience in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine and more.

Johnson started his career in health care by serving with the Henderson County Rescue Squad. He is familiar with the AdventHealth Hendersonville community, and excited to be joining a team that is dedicated to providing compassionate care to patients and their families.
