AdventHealth Medical Group Psychiatry Welcomes New Physician Assistant

July 29, 2019 — Hendersonville, NC (July 29, 2019) — AdventHealth Medical Group Psychiatry is excited to welcome Tracy Bell, PA-C. Bell brings a diverse experience base to AdventHealth that includes more than two decades of direct patient care for people experiencing psychiatric health needs.

Bell earned her Bachelor of Science degree in medical science and a minor in sociology from Alderson-Broaddus University in 1997 and went on to obtain her Master of Science in medical science in 2006 from NOVA Southeastern University. Bell is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) with Gold Seal Honors and has also earned NCCPA Certification of added qualification in psychiatry.

The commitment to whole-person care is what drew Bell to AdventHealth Hendersonville. “I appreciate the personalization of assisting patients to manage their health in the context of assessing and improving mind, body and spirit,” says Bell. “AdventHealth is recognized for providing quality patient care and outreach to the communities it serves. When she is not caring for patients, Bell enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, reading and as she says, “trying to keep my indoor and outdoor plants alive.” She also enjoys refinishing furniture and antique shopping. When asked what makes her “feel whole” she responded with, “when I have appropriate life balance I ‘feel whole’ by ensuring time spent for work, family and personal care including intellectual, physical and spiritual development.”
