— AdventHealth Receives Great Place To Work® Certification
HENDERSONVILLE, NC, Sept. 12, 2024 – AdventHealth has received Great Place To Work® Certification from Great Place To Work®, an independent third-party organization regarded as the global authority on workplace culture. The recognition is based entirely on feedback from a random sampling of 5,000 team members across the organization who were invited to take part in the survey. AdventHealth is a faith-based health system, with more than 50 hospitals in nine states, including AdventHealth Hendersonville in Western North Carolina.
"Receiving this recognition is such an honor because it includes feedback directly from r incredible team members,” said Brandon Nudd, President and CEO for AdventHealth Hendersonville. “Their unwavering commitment to creating an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to deliver top-notch care to the people across Western North Carolina is truly commendable.
