N.C., — Ahead of Summer Travel and Holidays AdventHealth Hendersonville Hosts Blood Drive
May 17, 2022; HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. – The need for blood increases as we move closer to the summer months. Vacation travel and holidays lead to increased demand due to accidents and injuries. That is on top of the regular need for blood products for people having surgery or going through cancer treatments.
You have the chance to be a real hero ahead of summer with a simple visit to the AdventHealth Hendersonville Blood Drive on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.
One hour of your time is all it takes to provide this vital resource for family, friends and neighbors in need of blood products as they battle cancer, face surgeries or experience emergencies.
To help make it easy for the public to donate, AdventHealth and The Blood Connection are following all safety protocols including requiring face coverings and social distancing. TBC will screen all donors for COVID-19 Antibodies after every completed donation.
