Every second counts in cardiac arrest. Over 350,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests occur every year and being empowered to start the chain of survival is critical. Join the American Heart Association for a hands-only CPR and life-saving skills training. Practice hand-only CPR, learn how to use an AED, and receive additional education on cardiac arrest, heart attacks and heart health. Participants will receive their own hands-only CPR kit, which includes a manikin to practice on and teach friends, family and community members. Complimentary refreshments will be provided by Pineapple Placements.
