COPD can be a difficult disease to understand and manage as it causes difficulty breathing and shortness of breath. The readmission prevention program at AdventHealth North Pinellas is designed to help prevent hospital readmissions for COPD patients through education and support. Anne, Melinda and Joanna will discuss the tools offered through this program and smoking cessation courses. Complimentary lunch will be provided by Brookdale of Tarpon Springs.
