Doug Rich is the Chief Operating Officer for AdventHealth Ottawa. In this role, he is responsible for the quality and oversight of multiple departments within the organization, including pharmacy, imaging services, laboratory services, rehabilitation services, environmental services, dietary, customer experience, engineering, environment of care, emergency preparedness and AIT.
In Doug’s 20+ year career in Ottawa, he has progressed from nuclear medicine to Director of Imaging Services, Director of Operations, and now, to Chief Operating Officer.
Doug earned a Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Management from Ottawa University and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Oklahoma State University.
Doug and his wife, Kama, have two sons, one daughter and two dogs.
