If you have a patient visit with an AdventHealth Physician your patient portal is hosted on AdventHealth.
Inpatient and Outpatient Labs Portal
We pride ourselves in offering the latest tools and support to our patients. To view your hospital record or your outpatient labs, you must have an AdventHealth Patient Portal account.
Upon your discharge from our facility, the email account collected from you during registration will receive an auto-generated email from our electronic health record. This email will direct you to instructions on how to set up your patient portal account. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your patient portal, please call Call 785-229-8894 and/or at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services website: https://cms.gov, and search “Meaningful Use.”
