Stacy Steiner is the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at AdventHealth Ottawa. In this role, she provides leadership over organizational strategy related to the patient care continuum. She oversees nursing, care management, employee health, infection prevention, clinical education, and quality and risk.
Before becoming our Chief Nursing Officer, Stacy’s career included leadership roles at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission as the Quality and Outcomes Manager and Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist. Her nursing background is in ICU and ED, and she previously served as the Emergency Department Director for Miami County Medical Center in Paola, Kansas.
Stacy earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner Major) from the University of Kansas Medical Center, and she is a graduate of the AdventHealth Executive Leadership Program.
Stacy has two boys: one graduate of Kansas State University School of Engineering and one just starting his college career with an interest in environmental sciences. Stacy’s hobbies include golfing, camping, hiking and reading.
