We understand that a hospital stay can be isolating and often a little dull. We want to do everything we can to help you stay in touch and entertained. That’s why we offer free WiFi to all our patients and guests and our in room GetWell Network allows patients access to the internet, email, TV and movies, and ways to be engaged in your health.

Spiritual Care and Chapel
Your peace of mind is a powerful component of your healing. Our chaplains are all health-care professionals who understand the stress and uncertainty that a hospital stay can bring. Having someone to talk to or pray with can make a world of difference, and we’re here for you, whenever you need us.
Our non-denominational chapel is open to all, offering spiritual guidance and a soothing environment, day and night. Nearby, you’ll find our beautiful healing gardens, a peaceful outdoor sanctuary where you can relax and recharge. Both are open 24/7.

Visiting Hours
A visit from a loved one can brighten your day and heal your spirit. We believe that should be possible at any hour. For that reason, we have no visiting hours — guests are welcome 24/7. Our all-private rooms even come with a pull-out bed for guests, and we welcome them to stay the night at your side.

Our concierge team is committed to providing extra services with a compassionate touch for our patients and all of their guests. We’re here to help ease your stress and take care of the extra details. We are a complimentary service provided by the hospital. Your only responsibility is to pay for the items and services requested through outside vendors.

Specialized Therapy and Rehabilitation Services
For your convenience, our Outpatient Rehabilitation Department is located in Wellness Plaza right next to the hospital. Our highly trained therapists provide specialized therapy for pelvic-floor therapy, back, neck, and spine pain/injuries/conditions (McKenzie therapy), occupational therapy, and speech- and language-pathology services. We are the only therapy center in the area with all McKenzie Certified physical therapists.

Inspiration Place
Comprehensive Women's Care . . . All in One PlaceInspiration Place is designed to provide care for women in all ages and stages of life. From female-physician specialists to imaging (mammography, ultrasound, DEXA bone-density scanning, stereotactic breast biopsy) and pelvic-floor therapy services, the center's staff can meet your health-care needs. And our concierge can help you schedule your appointments. Inspiration Place is conveniently located in the Wellness Plaza building right next to the hospital.

Wound Care Center
At AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, we offer advanced treatments for wounds to help you heal as quickly as possible while reducing complications so you can get back to what matters most. GetWell Network and Real Time Location Services
You want you to help you take charge of your health. During your stay, you’ll have access to the GetWell Network, an interactive entertainment and education system designed to empower your choices and keep you connected to the people you love. We were the first medical facility in the country to integrate this network with real-time location services (RTLS) — allowing you to be more informed about and involved in your health-care process.
With the GetWell Network, you can:
- Track visits from staff members. When a physician or other member of staff enters the room, you’ll see their picture and title on your television screen. You, and your family members, can see who visited you throughout the day and how long they stayed.
- Research your condition and medications.
- Keep track of questions for your nurses or doctors.
- Access entertainment like TV, free movies, and the internet.
- Get online. Stay in touch with family, friends, and work, catch up on the latest news, or play games.
We hope to make your life easier before your visit and after you leave us. We offer online scheduling for labs and certain types of diagnostic tests. And with our AdventHealth app, you’re able to do things like access your medical records, pay your bill, and request an appointment, wherever you are.

A hospital stay can be an unexpected, anxious and a lonely time, not only for loved ones, but family and friends as well. AdventHealth Wesley Chapel knows that your spiritual care is also an important part of the healing process. That’s why members of the Department of Pastoral Care are available to you and your loved ones during your time in the hospital, providing you with spiritual care and support.

When you're stressed about details like hospital costs and insurance coverage, it can be hard to get the rest you need for healing. Learn how we can make these and other necessary tasks easier through our online tools, including online bill pay and online scheduling.
A hospital stay can bring many visits and services from multiple medical providers. We know it’s hard to plan ahead for an emergency hospital visit, but if you have a scheduled health care service that requires a hospital stay, we recommend contacting your anticipated health care practitioners within the hospital to confirm they participate with your insurance provider. Services may be provided in the hospital by AdventHealth as well as by other health care practitioners who may bill you separately. By contacting your anticipated health care practitioners ahead of time, you can get information about billing practices and an estimate for your upcoming services to help avoid any unexpected challenges and fees.
