The American Advertising Awards is the advertising industry's largest and most representative competition, attracting over 40,000 entries every year in local American Advertising Awards club competitions.
Conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation, the local phase is the first of a three-tier, national competition aimed at to recognizing and rewarding the creative spirit and excellence in the art of advertising.
Across the country, local entrants first vie to win ADDY Awards in their markets. At the second tier, local ADDY winners compete against winners from other local clubs in one of 15 district competitions. District ADDY winners are then forwarded to the third tier, which is the national stage of the American Advertising Awards, in New Orleans in June.
With the Florida Hospital East Florida Regions Gold ADDY in the Integrated Brand Identity Campaign category, the hospital system is entered into the fourth district competition, which includes the entire state of Florida, and the winners will be revealed in Miami in May.
