VOLUSIA AND FLAGLER COUNTIES, Fla., July 27, 2017 Florida Hospital has won two Aster Awards a gold and a silver for two different marketing and advertising campaigns.
The Aster Awards is one of the largest national competitions of its kind. This year, nearly 3,000 entries were submitted from across the U.S., as well as several foreign countries.
The new website for Florida Hospital Home Health, www.FloridaHospitalHomeHealth.com, received the Gold Aster Award, ranking the campaign within the top five percent in the nation for marketing efforts.
Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners, the employed group of more than 160 primary care physicians and specialists for the Florida Hospitals in Volusia and Flagler counties, received the Silver Aster Award for a series of TV commercials. These awards recognize Florida Hospital for excellence in advertising and marketing efforts during 2016.
Hosted by Marketing Healthcare Today Magazine and Creative Images, Inc., participants entries competed against similar-sized organizations in their specific groups and categories.
All entries are reviewed by a panel of industry experts and are scored on multiple criteria with a possibility of 100 total points. Judging criteria included creativity, layout and design, functionality, message effectiveness, production quality and overall appeal.
Awards were issued for entries that received top marks from judges placing them in the top 16% of the nation for advertising excellence.
Its exciting to see how the quality and creativity of the work submitted increases each year. The 2017 Aster Awards program brought together some of the best and most creative advertising in the world, said Melinda Lucas, Aster Awards program coordinator.
