AdventHealth Kissimmee is affiliated with multiple colleges of pharmacy and offers advanced pharmacy practice experience rotations for pharmacy students, allowing you to develop your teaching skills while mentoring and guiding aspiring pharmacists. Our residency program is highly flexible and individually catered to the interests of our resident. Residents will participate in a decentralized pharmacy model and work with multidisciplinary teams, monitoring responses to drug therapy and optimizing care to improve patient outcomes.
