About Our Practice

At AdventHealth Medical Group GYN Surgery at Winter Park, we specialize in common women’s health issues, including fibroids, pelvic pain, endometriosis and urinary stress incontinence. We also offer well-woman care, menopause management and in-office gynecologic procedures, helping each patient feel her best.

Our team of board-certified physicians in our Winter Park location includes Dr. Steven McCarus and Dr. Omar Zwain as well as nurse practitioner Brittany Burns-Vu, APRN. As experienced surgeons, our physicians offer the latest gynecologic surgery technology and techniques, meaning better outcomes and faster recoveries for our patients.

All of our providers are recognized as surgeons of excellence by the American Institute of Minimally Invasive Surgery. Several of our physicians are also certified in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG).

We have four convenient office locations to best serve you: Apopka, Celebration, Kissimmee (Partin Settlement) and Winter Park.
