About Our Academic Residency Practice

At AdventHealth Medical Group Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine at Winter Garden, we specialize in comprehensive pediatric and adolescent care, serving patients up to 21 years old.

Our providers offer care for acute illnesses, behavioral and mental health conditions, development and growth evaluations and preventive medicine.

The Care Team Experience With Resident and Attending Physicians

AdventHealth serves as an academic teaching hospital. Our practice operates under a care-team model with board-certified attending physicians mentoring and supervising a team of resident physicians who are completing a three-year training in their specialty. During your appointment, you will be seen by a resident physician who will consult with an attending physician on your care plan.
