About Our Practice
Led by our fellowship trained physician, Dr. Aguilar, AdventHealth Medical Group Urogynecology at Partin Settlement offers comprehensive urogynecology care for women throughout the various stages of life. This location provides urogynecology care for women in Osceola County and is connected to our main office in Orlando.
Our highly skilled surgeons are leaders and teachers in their fields. They provide a wide range of surgical treatments, including the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques (vaginal, laparoscopic and robotic), which reduce discomfort and shorten recovery time. Whether it’s from childbirth, age, straining, an injury or surgery, pelvic floor problems can feel physically painful and emotionally isolating. But conditions like urinary and fecal incontinence are more common than you might think, and they’re very treatable.

Our compassionate, expert pelvic health care coordinators are specially trained registered nurses who provide clinical assistance and support to patients receiving care through our AdventHealth for Women Pelvic Health Program. All calls are confidential; anyone can self-refer, and no insurance is required to talk or meet.
They’re here to make sure you receive the care you need when you need it. They’ll assist you with navigating your overall health care and answer any questions you may have along the way.
