While we do our best to keep this list of accepted insurance plans up to date, we recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm if your plan covers treatment at AdventHealth Primary Care+. If your plan is not listed, call the Primary Care+ location nearest you to verify that your insurance is accepted by us. We do not currently accept any Medicaid plans.
