On January 12, 2022, the United States Supreme Court handed down two rulings related to federal mandates. The Court ruled that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) mandate, which is for employers with more than 100 employees, will remain suspended. However, they ruled that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) mandate, which requires health care workers to be vaccinated, will resume.
