Christy oversees all aspects of the Institute for Lifestyle Medicine, which includes The AdventHealth Wellness Center Celebration, The Lifestyle Clinic and our Celebration Executive Health Program. Christy received her bachelor’s degree in exercise science and her master’s degree in business administration from Georgia State University.

Adam Daniel

Fitness Supervisor Adam Daniel

Adam started at the Wellness Center as an Exercise Specialist and has recently moved into the role of Fitness Supervisor. In this role, he oversees the operation of the fitness floor as well as oversight of Personal Trainers and Exercise Specialists. Adam has a bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Saginaw Valley State University. He brings 10 years of experience from many different collegiate and medical fitness settings.

Day Spa Operations Manager Maria Ammondt

With an educational background in business administration, Maria has been an AdventHealth team member for more than 15 years. Since 2009, as Day Spa operations manager, Maria has been dedicated to providing her clients with a world-class spa experience. She oversees the Day Spa staff, including massage therapists, estheticians and nail technicians.
