In addition to personal training, we also offer advanced fitness testing, nutrition coaching, metabolism testing, postural assessments and customized fitness programs based on your medical needs.

These custom designed 50-minute programs are tailored to your specific fitness goals. Your trainer guides you through each session, motivating you to train harder and smarter. If you have specific goals or need specialized recovery or rehabilitative training, our one-on-one attention is right for you.
Express Training Sessions
Effective and efficient fitness training that fits your busy, 24/7 lifestyle. These 25-minute sessions provide full-body exercise for fast results.
Small Group Training Sessions
Partner up and save 25% off individual rates. 2-4 clients per group. 50-minute sessions.
Personal training is available to members and non-members.

- Fitness Assessments and Fitness Program Development

We’ll conduct baseline biometric measurements, including blood pressure, resting heart rate, body composition, functional movement and muscular endurance analysis. We’ll use the results to create a customized exercise program tailored to your specific health and wellness needs.
- Body Composition Analysis

Body fat can disrupt the functioning of your metabolism and lead to numerous health conditions. We’ll measure your body fat versus lean body mass (bone, muscle, skin, organs) and calculate your potential risk.
- Functional Movement Screenings

Functional movement screening assesses your movement patterns to find weakness, tightness or imbalance, so we can help you correct it and prevent future problems.
- Metabolism Testing for Weight Loss

This simple, noninvasive breathing test will estimate your basal metabolic rate (BMR) by calculating the amount of oxygen inhaled and carbon dioxide exhaled. The more oxygen your body uses, the higher your BMR. If your metabolism falls below BMR norms, we can help you increase it to lose weight more quickly.

Specific movements and positions will help identify overactive or underactive muscles. Then we’ll create a corrective exercise plan to help realign your posture to create a healthier you.
