Our HealthFit Gym at AdventHealth Castle Rock is a full-service gym open to the public. We offer top-of-the-line equipment, showers, lockers, massage therapy and certified kinesiologists on staff.
We offer various memberships, including insurance-based memberships with SilverSneakers, Renew Active, Silver&Fit and Active&Fit.
We also offer standard and military memberships, small group training and individual appointments with kinesiologists.
Our expert kinesiologists have extensive backgrounds in human movement, biomechanics, exercise science and chronic disease management through exercise. They can guide you with goals ranging from general health and wellness to sports performance, post-rehabilitation recovery and pre-operative strength.
