AdventHealth Wellness Center Daytona Beach, formerly Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center, has a variety of cardio training machines. Many of the these are equipped with personal LCD touch screens with television and internet browsing capabilities, as well as Bluetooth; we request you bring your own headphones. These operate with Preva, a state-of-the-art software system designed to personalize the fitness experience. Users are able to record workouts, set goals, earn rewards and track progress on equipment or with the Preva application.

All three group fitness rooms are equipped with WELLBEATS integrated content system, which allows you to browse through dozens of classes on the touch-screen kiosk, select the fitness class that works for you, and begin! WELLBEATS system is open for use whenever a live fitness class is not being taught. We also offer fitness tests to assess your level of fitness.

• Membership is not required for group fitness classes. Waiver must be signed. $8 per group fitness class.

• Lockers are for daily use while in the Center only; please do not store or lock items overnight.
• We are a bring-your-own towel facility.
• We offer private showers and dressing areas and shower and grooming products plus hair dryers.
• Please store all gym bags in the locker rooms, so as not to create a safety hazard in the exercise areas.
• Locker rooms also have TV.
• Remove all your belongings when you depart.
• Please assist us in keeping the locker rooms clean. Be courteous to fellow members and discard of waste products in the appropriate receptacles.
